Sasha Ramsay

My name is Sasha Ramsay, I am a body positive coach. 

After struggling for a couple of years with an eating disorder and depression, I decided to get into fitness as a way to help me gain more confidence in myself. I thought that the confidence was going to come from what I looked like and losing some weight, but instead it came from seeing how powerful and strong my body was. 

My goal is to change the way you think about your body. I have learned that health is not just physical, and fitness can improve mental health! You should workout not to punish your body, but to celebrate all that it can do! 

I have learned the art of balance. Being able to do what you want, eat what you want, and live how you want. Being a body positive coach means that I do not focus on weight loss specifically, you come to me with your goals and I will help you get there! 

I have made a lot of mistakes, when you work with me, you don't have to! 

When you feel good, you look good. So let's look great together!
