Diets are stupid and often unrealistic. With me, you are going to learn how to use food for fuel and still eat what you want.

Online Training
Weekly Email Check-Ins - $150
This package offers you access to me in the form of weekly email check-ins. This package is great for people who do not have time to schedule a weekly time to meet. Nutritional Guidance and Workout Programing is included.
Weekly Zoom Check-Ins - $225
This package offers accountability in the form of weekly zoom meetings. These meetings will be scheduled as if you were an in person client with a designated time. Nutritional Guidance and Workout Programming is included.
